Shaw University Homecoming 2025 is a time to celebrate pride, tradition, and community. We’re excited to offer vendor opportunities for local businesses, creatives, and food vendors to engage with thousands of attendees throughout the week. Whether you’re selling merchandise, showcasing your brand, or offering delicious food, this is your chance to be part of the excitement. Submit your application today and join us in making this year’s Homecoming unforgettable.

Vendor Village will be open for vendors on Thursday, October 16, 2025 & Friday, October 17, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Vendors must commit to staying the entire reserved time slot to prevent event traffic and parking issues.

Vendor Village Application

Please review the information for vendor participation:

  • Vendor Application
  • Vendor Guidelines and Terms of Agreement 
  • Certificate of Insurance (Shaw University must be listed as additional insured) 

Food Vendor Spaces

  • One food space – $375 (Thursday & Friday)
  • Two food spaces – $750 (Thursday & Friday)
  • One food space – $275 (Friday Only)
  • Two food spaces – $550 (Friday Only)

Merch Vendor Booths

  • One merch booth – $300 (Thursday & Friday)
  • Two merch booths – $600 (Thursday & Friday)
  • One merch booth – $225 (Friday Only)
  • Two merch booths – $450 (Friday Only)

Once you have read and completed all forms, please return them no later than September 27, 2025. A $25 late fee will be applied to all applications received after September 27, 2025. After your vendor application has been processed, we will send additional details relating to homecoming activities.
