Project Requests

To submit a Project Request, you must be a Faculty or Staff member at Shaw University.

External organizations should contact the Public Relations and Marketing Department via e-mail: publicrelations@shawu.edu

All project and event requests must be booked a minimum of 30 business days prior to the project due date and event/activity.

Any special event or communications request submitted less than 30 business days in advance must request and obtain written approval to proceed from your vice president.

Please have your content written, reviewed and approved by all stakeholders prior to submitting a request.
