Degree Requirements

General Education Core Requirements in areas ranging from African American Music, Public Speaking, Science, and the Humanities. Core courses give you a strong foundation for any career.

Major Program Requirements require that you complete 53-63 credit hours specific to Music. As a candidate for the Bachelor of Arts degree in Music, you must earn a grade of “C” or better in all major courses.
