The Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Child Development is tailored for individuals

Degree Requirements

General Education Core Requirements in areas ranging from Cross Cultural Ethics of Responsibility and to Basic Instructional Technology and Psychology. Core courses give you a strong foundation for any career.

Major Program Requirements requires that you complete 53 credit hours specific to Education, including opportunities for field experience. As a candidate for the Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Child Development, you must earn a grade of “C” or better in all major courses. Graduates are not eligible for state licensure to become certified teachers in public schools through this program.
